Good oral hygiene with plaque index less than 20%; presence of teeth adjacent to the tooth to be extracted with harmonical gingival architecture; age between 18-65 years; clinical attachment level in the vestibular sites > 3 mm.
history of periodontal surgical procedures in the surgical site; Presence of systemic impairment that makes it impossible to carry out the surgeries; presence of infection involving the gingival margin; smokers,
bruxism, alcoholics, drug users, diabetics, pregnants, History of radiotherapy
in the head and neck region, users of medications that may interfere with the
bone remodeling, presence of pathologies that affect bone metabolism.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that both groups will present increased bone volume that will be assessed by CT scans after the 120 day period of the surgical procedure.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expect that the test group presented less time of surgical procedure and less reports of postoperative discomfort for the patients compared to the control group.<br>The method used for these analyzes will be the application of the VAS scale (first postoperative week) and the surgical time marking.
