Inclusion Criteria

Patients over 18 years old; ASA I; who present vertically fractured teeth; penetrating cavities; coronary fracture; teeth with periodontal disease Stage III and IV degree B,C; alveoli are more than 3mm deep.

Exclusion Criteria

Systemically compromised patients; minors; patients with any contraindication to surgery; patients who do not want to participate in the study.
