Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients between 18 to 60 years.
- •2\.Patients with ASA physical status 1 \& 2\.
- •3\.Patients willing to participate.
- •4\.Lower limb Orthopaedic procedure requiring spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients refusal to participate.
- •2\. Patients age \<18 years or \>60 years.
- •3\. ASA physical status 3 or higher.
- •4\. Any contraindication to spinal Anaesthesia.
- •5\. Patient with known allergy to any of the study drugs and cardiac conduction defects, renal or hepatic impairment.
