Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All women having 2 or more repeated controlled ovarian stimulation failure cycles.
  • •2\.Age 20\-38 yrs
  • •3\.Primary or secondary infertility
  • •4\.Patency of both or either one of the tubes (HSG/Lap hysteroscopy).
  • •5\.No endometrial scratching done in previous three COS cycles.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.known pelvic inflammatory disease
  • •2\.Bilateral tubal blockage
  • •3\.Intrauterine pathology (submucosal fibroid, endometrial polyp, adhesions, Ashermanâ??s syndrome, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus)
  • •4\.Women with acute vaginal and cervical infection
  • •5\.Endometriosis and hydrosalpinx
