Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All women having 2 or more repeated controlled ovarian stimulation failure cycles.
- •2\.Age 20\-38 yrs
- •3\.Primary or secondary infertility
- •4\.Patency of both or either one of the tubes (HSG/Lap hysteroscopy).
- •5\.No endometrial scratching done in previous three COS cycles.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.known pelvic inflammatory disease
- •2\.Bilateral tubal blockage
- •3\.Intrauterine pathology (submucosal fibroid, endometrial polyp, adhesions, Ashermanâ??s syndrome, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus)
- •4\.Women with acute vaginal and cervical infection
- •5\.Endometriosis and hydrosalpinx
