Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Age >18 years
- •2) Onset <1 week
- •3) Chest xray/CTscan - shows B/L opacities not fully explained by cardiac failure/pleural effusion/lung collapse. ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY- shows no evidence of cardiac failure.
- •4) PaO2/FIO2 <300
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Not fulfilling the above given criteria.
- •2) Not consenting to be included in the study
