Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age \>18 years
- •2\) Onset \<1 week
- •3\) Chest xray/CTscan \- shows B/L opacities not fully explained by cardiac failure/pleural effusion/lung collapse. ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY\- shows no evidence of cardiac failure.
- •4\) PaO2/FIO2 \<300
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Not fulfilling the above given criteria.
- •2\) Not consenting to be included in the study
