1.ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients of either sex
2.patients age between 20 to 60 years old
3.patients undergoing forearm and hand surgeries
1.patients refusal 2.patients with known hypersensitivity to known local anaesthetic drug 3.patients with bleeding diathesis ,uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and severe hepatorenal disease
4.patients with epilepsy and mentally unstable 5.pregnant and lactating women 6.local site infection,peripheral vascular disease and neurological disease 7.patients on chronic analgesic therapy and anti coagulants 8.patients less than 40 kgs

Name Time Method To compare the duration of analgesia after addition of tramadol 50mg with 0.5% Bupivicaine in both the groups.Timepoint: to note intra operative vitals at 0,5,10,15,30,45,60,90,120 minutes
