A subject will be eligible for inclusion in this study only if all of the following criteria applied:
1. Children (patients) of age between infantile ages to 12 years of either sex.
2. Patients with pigmentary changes in the scalp region with associated with scalp infection.
3. Patients with secondary bacterial infection and candidiasis with localized scalp involvement and devoid of systemic manifestation.
A subject will be excluded from the study if any of the following criteria is applied:
1. Patients above12 years of age.
2. Patients associated with other generalized skin disorders of varied etiology and other manifestations.
3. Skin disorders with hereditary and metabolic etiology as well as chronic disorders and secondary lesions.
4. Patients who are on long term drug therapies.
5. Patients with Seborrheic Dermatitis extending to face shoulder and back region .
6. Extensive involvements of deeper skin tissue with tendency towards Psoriasis.
