Inclusion Criteria
patients presenting with lakshan of manyastambha like ruk stambha sopha in manya pradesha as per diagnostic criteria patients presenting with symptoms of cervical spondylosis like pain in neck and shoulder sometime radiating to either of the hand with restricted movements patient with manyastambha either sex and age group of 20 to 70 years will be taken to the study
Exclusion Criteria
patients unfit for nasya karma with fracture of cervical spine having any infective conditions or systemic disorder
