Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria will be chronic shoulder pain of more than three months duration diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like
- •1\)chronic tendinitis,
- •2\)impingement syndrome,
- •3\)frozen shoulder,
- •4\)pain secondary to arthritis and rotator cuff injuries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with
- •1\) cervical herniated disc pathology that causes referred pain,
- •2\) prior RF treatment in last three months, 3\)coagulation disturbances,
- •4\)uncontrolled diabetes,
- •5\) malignancy,
- •6\)mental disorders preventing adequate communication and
- •7\)pregnancy will be excluded from the study.
