To compare suprascapular nerve block alone with combined nerve block of suprascapular and lateral pectoral nerve in chronic shoulder pain management

Inclusion criteria will be chronic shoulder pain of more than three months duration diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like
1)chronic tendinitis,
2)impingement syndrome,
3)frozen shoulder,
4)pain secondary to arthritis and rotator cuff injuries.
Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with
1) cervical herniated disc pathology that causes referred pain,
2) prior RF treatment in last three months, 3)coagulation disturbances,
4)uncontrolled diabetes,
5) malignancy,
6)mental disorders preventing adequate communication and
7)pregnancy will be excluded from the study.

Name Time Method Incidence of patient having effective pain relief at 3 mnths. <br/ ><br>Effective pain relief is more than 50 percent reduction in NRS score.Timepoint: baseline 2 4 8 12 wks
