Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Inclusion criteria will be chronic shoulder pain of more than three months duration diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like
  • 1\)chronic tendinitis,
  • 2\)impingement syndrome,
  • 3\)frozen shoulder,
  • 4\)pain secondary to arthritis and rotator cuff injuries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with
  • 1\) cervical herniated disc pathology that causes referred pain,
  • 2\) prior RF treatment in last three months, 3\)coagulation disturbances,
  • 4\)uncontrolled diabetes,
  • 5\) malignancy,
  • 6\)mental disorders preventing adequate communication and
  • 7\)pregnancy will be excluded from the study.
