Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients suffering from upper abdominal cancer pain.
  • Patients of age group 10\-80 yrs. of age
  • Patients with visceral pain with visual analogue pain score ââ?°Â¥ 4\.
  • Patients with normal coagulation profile.
  • Patients with positive diagnostic test.
  • Patients who give written and informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with organ failure.
  • 2\.Patients \<10yrs and \>80yrs.
  • 3\.Patients with coagulation disorders.
  • 4\.Patients with local infection at the puncture site or sepsis.
  • 5\.Patients with allergy to the contrast dye.
  • 6\.Patients with severe displacement of intra\-abdominal structures.
  • 7\.Pregnant women.
  • 8\.Patients with psychiatric illness affecting cooperation.
  • 9\.Patients with de\-compensated cardiac disorders.
  • 10\.Patients with liver and renal dysfunction
