Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) diagnosed case of glossopharyngeal neuralgia
  • •2\) age group 18 to 70 years
  • •3\) willingness to participate
  • •4\) NRS more than five after administering medical management.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) patients with any known allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •2\) obesity with BMI, more than 35\.
  • •3\) neurological or psychiatric disease on current medication
  • •4\) local site infection
  • •5\) patient refusal
