Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) diagnosed case of glossopharyngeal neuralgia
- •2\) age group 18 to 70 years
- •3\) willingness to participate
- •4\) NRS more than five after administering medical management.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) patients with any known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •2\) obesity with BMI, more than 35\.
- •3\) neurological or psychiatric disease on current medication
- •4\) local site infection
- •5\) patient refusal
