Inclusion Criteria
Patients with confirmed mild to moderate CTS on the clinical and electrodiagnosis aged between 18-75 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1). Previous carpal tunnel decompressive surgery.
2). CTS mimicking conditions (cervical radiculopathy, polyneuropathy, brachial plexopathy, traumatic nerve injury, thoracic outlet syndrome)
3). Previous corticosteroid injection into the carpal tunnel in the preceding 4 weeks and pregnancy.

Name Time Method 1). Clinical improvement as assessed by Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire.Timepoint: Pretreatment, after 1 week, after 4 weeks, after 8 weeks,after 12 weeks

Name Time Method 1) Pain visual analog scale. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2). Electrodiagnostic test results. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3). Median nerve cross sectional area by ultrasound. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4).
