Supratentorial spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage patients with higher than cc50volume or a midline shift more of mm5; Hematoma with progressive neurological deficit and progressive loss of consciousness; Level of consciousness (GCS) more than 3/15; Cerebral hemorrhage patients with bleeding elapsed time of less than 24 hours; Patients aged 80-20 years ; ICH underlying cause is a cause other than cerebral aneurysm or vascular malformation of the brain has been detected.
Exclusion criteria:
Age below 20 years and above 80 years;Hematoma of inferatentorial ;Level of consciousness GCS 3/ 15;Patients with bleeding time greater than 24 hours previously;Patients who had cerebral edema during or after hematoma evacuation and We were forced to decompresive craniectomy and bone flap replacement in abdominal subcutaneous fat tissue.
