入选标准
- •All patients with trauma admitted in the IC
排除标准
- •1. Patients who present with AKI at the time of admission in the ICU (defined by KDIGO AKI criteria )
- •2. Patients with previous history of CKD( eGFR <60 ml/1.73 m2, Urine albumin creatinine ratio > 30 or abnormal renal imaging, documented any time prior to trauma)
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4. Individuals currently on immunosuppressive therapy.
- •5. Patients with traumatic injury to kidney
