- •- elective obstetric and gynecologic surgery
- •- age > 18 yrs
- •- if pregnant --> only term singleton
排除标准
- •- emergency obstetric and gynecologic surgery
- •- high risk for PPH (abnormal placentation เช่น placenta previa, placenta adherent
- •and abruptio placenta), uterine overdistension (multifetal pregnancy, polyhydramnios and foetal macrosomia), grand multiparity, having history of PPH, prolong labour, pregnancy with uterine fibroid and receiving tocolytic drugs)
