Inclusion Criteria
- •\- elective obstetric and gynecologic surgery
- •\- age \> 18 yrs
- •\- if pregnant \-\-\> only term singleton
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- emergency obstetric and gynecologic surgery
- •\- high risk for PPH (abnormal placentation เช่น placenta previa, placenta adherent
- •and abruptio placenta), uterine overdistension (multifetal pregnancy, polyhydramnios and foetal macrosomia), grand multiparity, having history of PPH, prolong labour, pregnancy with uterine fibroid and receiving tocolytic drugs)
