Inclusion Criteria
Patients with moderate / severe pre-operative endodontic pain, requiring primary root canal therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of allergy to any of the drugs used in the trial.
History of gastric or peptic ulcer
History of bronchial asthma.
History of blood dyscracias.
History of hepatic / renal impairment.
Pregnant women / Lactating mothers.
Current analgesic medication.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Duration of post-operative pain relief after endodontic treatment.Timepoint: Duration of post-operative pain relief after endodontic treatment will be assessed upto 72 hours after endodontic treatment.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intensity of post-operative pain for the groups to be measured from pain scale scoring (Numeric Rating Scale).Timepoint: Immediately after treatment, 6,12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment.
