适应症Pregnant women age between 20-39 year. - •1\. Pregnant women were divided into four groups including preeclamptic obesity group, preeclamptic lean, uncomplicated obesity, and uncomplicated lean.
- •2\. Singleton pregnancy
- •3\. Normal vaginal delivery or cesarean delivery
- •4\. No history of smoking, alcoholism, or exposure to teratogenic substances
- •5\. No history of chronic diseases including chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, kidney, liver, immune and respiratory diseases, infections, and fetal anomalies
排除标准
- •1\)Newborn abnormalities
- •2\)Low birth weight (defined as birth weight below 1000 g)
- •3\)Obstetric complications during delivery and postpartum including uterine rupture retained placenta and postpartum hemorrhage
