Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Age group is 18-55 years.
- •2.Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present.
- •3.Periodontal pocket depth >= 5mm.
- •4.Atleast one site with radiographic infrabony defect assessed by IOPA.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate) that may interfere with wound healing.
- •2.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
- •3.Active periodontal treatment with in last 6 month.
- •4.Smokers.
