Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age \>18 yrs
  • •2\. High risk of CIN : eGFR 30\-60 ml/min/m2
  • •3\. Patients undergoing : CAG \+ adhoc PCI / Elective PCI.
  • •4\. Informed Writen Consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient undergoing Routine Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis
  • •2\. Inability to perform RIPC due to pathology of both arms (for example, dystrophy, recent trauma,
  • •chronic wounds)
  • •3\. Patient on T. Gilbenclamide or T. Nicorandil
