- •1. Age >18 yrs
- •2. High risk of CIN : eGFR 30-60 ml/min/m2
- •3. Patients undergoing : CAG + adhoc PCI / Elective PCI.
- •4. Informed Writen Consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patient undergoing Routine Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis
- •2. Inability to perform RIPC due to pathology of both arms (for example, dystrophy, recent trauma,
- •chronic wounds)
- •3. Patient on T. Gilbenclamide or T. Nicorandil
