- •Middle cerebral artery aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
- •All age groups
- •Consent for surgical management of ruptured aneurysm.
- •Consent for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Upper limb cellulitis or peripheral vascular disease.
- •Refusal for consent.
- •Unruptured aneurysm.
- •Endovascular coiling or conservative treatment.
