Inclusion Criteria
1. Age >18 yrs
2. High risk of CIN : eGFR 30-60 ml/min/m2
3. Patients undergoing : CAG + adhoc PCI / Elective PCI.
4. Informed Writen Consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient undergoing Routine Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis
2. Inability to perform RIPC due to pathology of both arms (for example, dystrophy, recent trauma,
chronic wounds)
3. Patient on T. Gilbenclamide or T. Nicorandil
