入选标准
- •Aged 18 to 70 years old
- •Female gender
- •Class 1 or 2 of American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification
- •Candidates for elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery
排除标准
- •Body mass index (BMI) >30,
- •diabetes or other underlying diseases
- •histories of abdominal surgery or chronic pain
- •consuming antiemetic drugs within 48 hours before surgery
- •history of long-term analgesics therapy
- •Addiction to any kinds of substances
- •allergy to anesthetic drugs and dexamethasone
