Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Low back pain of at least three months duration with or without referred pain to the lower limbs
  • Numerical rating scale, NRS (3\-7 scale)
  • sitting more than two hours per day
  • scored more than 7 on the lumbar instability screening tool were classified as having lumbar instability
  • communicate in thai language

Exclusion Criteria

  • neuromuscular disorders
  • spine or other joint deformity
  • brain injury
  • body mass index \> 30
  • conditions that affectbalance (drugs, alcohol consumption, visual and ves\-tibular disorders)
  • compromised exercise perfor\-mance (hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetesmellitus)
  • perform core stabilization exercise at least the previous 3 months
