Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Low back pain of at least three months duration with or without referred pain to the lower limbs
- •Numerical rating scale, NRS (3\-7 scale)
- •sitting more than two hours per day
- •scored more than 7 on the lumbar instability screening tool were classified as having lumbar instability
- •communicate in thai language
Exclusion Criteria
- •neuromuscular disorders
- •spine or other joint deformity
- •brain injury
- •body mass index \> 30
- •conditions that affectbalance (drugs, alcohol consumption, visual and ves\-tibular disorders)
- •compromised exercise perfor\-mance (hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetesmellitus)
- •perform core stabilization exercise at least the previous 3 months
