Low back pain of at least three months duration with or without referred pain to the lower limbs
Numerical rating scale, NRS (3-7 scale)
sitting more than two hours per day
scored more than 7 on the lumbar instability screening tool were classified as having lumbar instability
communicate in thai language
neuromuscular disorders
spine or other joint deformity
brain injury
pregnancy
body mass index > 30
conditions that affectbalance (drugs, alcohol consumption, visual and ves-tibular disorders)
compromised exercise perfor-mance (hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetesmellitus)
perform core stabilization exercise at least the previous 3 months
