- •1. ASA physical status less than or equal to III
- •2. 18-75 years of age
- •3. Endoscopically/histologically confirmed carcinoma of stomach planned for elective gastrectomy
- •4. Adequate liver and renal function
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes
- •3. Patients in whom thoracic epidural analgesia is not feasible
- •4. Patients who are not motivated or not willing to perform incentive spirometry.
