Patients aged 18 to 40 years of age without underlying medical condition who underwent a Le Fort I osteotomy and mandibular osteotomy with/without genioplasty for orthognathic surgery
1. Patients underwent segmental procedure or custom prefabricated plates or guides were used.
2. <18.5 BMI > 30 kg/m2
3. Patient with genetic syndrome: cleft etc.
4. Systemic diseases: DM, HT etc.
5. Intraoperative complications: bad split, excessive blood loss (> available blood loss)
6. Patient who is allergic to acetaminophen or NSAIDs drugs
7. Patient who intend to stay further in hospital without any indication
8. Patient who is still on nasotracheal intubation after the operation was done
