入选标准
- •Participants with chronic ankle instability, all together one trauma > 1 year, Identification of functional instability (IdFAI) = 11 points, Query 5 and 6 IdFAI: should be answered with „never.
排除标准
- •lower body injury< 3 months, due to which physical activity was not possible for more than 1 day, surgery on the affected lower extremity < 12 months, surgery on the affected ankle, neurological or peripheral vascular disease, medication with influence on the balance, therapeutic treatment on the lower limb and back (eg, physiotherapy or osteopathy) during the duration of the study, acute infections, fever
