Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Protective anamnestically young healthy adults between 20 and 30 years of age, no acute spinal complaints in the last four weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Osteoporosis, blood pressure medication, acute infections, fever, fractures of the spine, fracture of the pelvis \< 12 months, cardiac, neurological, peripheral vascular disease, musculoskeletal problems, thrombosis, pregnancy, alcohol dependence.
