Age of 18 to 85 years
Ischemic stroke
Stroke for the first time
Local neurologic disorder
Hospitalization within the first 24 hours after stroke

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Inflammatory disease
Asthma
A history of anaphylaxis shock
