1.Both male and female patients above 18 years.
2.Cardiac Patient who underwent Interventional and or surgical procedures and preferred medical therapy, were included in the study.
3.Patients prescribed at least 1 cardiovascular medication, which may have include antihypertensives (β-blockers, calcium antagonists, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, and angiotensin II receptor antagonists), antihyperlipidemics (statins), or anticoagulants (direct-acting oral anticoagulants).
1.Patients with co-morbid conditions such as chronic liver and kidney diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, malignancy, and collagen vascular diseases were excluded from the study.
2.Patients who were not able to give written informed consent will be excluded.
