Inclusion Criteria
1.All the patient of both sex and age above 18 years.
2.Patients given written inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients aged below 18 years.
2.Patients already taking antimicrobial agents for more than 7 days.
3.Ventilator associated pneumonia.
4.Patient with Immunocompromised state, Lung cancers and Tuberculosis.
