- •2.Patients given written inform consent

- •1.Patients aged below 18 years.
- •2.Patients already taking antimicrobial agents for more than 7 days.
- •3.Ventilator associated pneumonia.
- •4.Patient with Immunocompromised state, Lung cancers and Tuberculosis.
