NEED OF STUDY
Running Economy is critical and fundamental components of athletic performance in runners. Despite their importance , there is a limited understanding and lack of comprehensive research regarding the effect of explosive training and power training on these critical aspects. Thus, this study focuses to analyse the effect of these training approaches for coaches and athletes , enhancing them to design their training.
AIM OF THE STUDY
- To study the effect of Explosive and power training to evaluate running economy in individuals of marathon runner.
OBJECTIVES
- To study the Combined Effect of Explosive and Power Training on Running Time in runners.
- To study the Combined Effect of Explosive and Power Training on Endurance in runners.
PROCEDURE
The Subject Will Be Divided Into Two Groups
- Group A: Explosive and Power Training
- Group B: Conventional Therapy
Outcome Measure Will Be Recorded At Baseline And After 6 Weeks.

入选标准
- •1.Current runners with at least 12 months of regular running experience.
- •2.Participate who run half or full marathon at least once per week.
- •3.Participants who can perform all exercise required in explosive and power training protocol.
排除标准
- •1.Participants not engaged in other structured training programs or interventions.
- •2.Participants with chronic health condition such as cardiovascular and respiratory disease.
- •3.Participate with musculoskeletal, or metabolic disorder.
- •4.Participants with current or past 12 months musculoskeletal injuries, surgery.
