Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All elective patients undergoing thoracic procedures broadly involving broncho\-pulmonary, mediastinal, chestwall, pleural based pathologies by either open or minimally invasive approach (VATS) at our centre.
- •2\. Patient age group between 16\-65 years.
- •3\. All patients who give consent for participation in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients unfit for general anaesthesia.
- •2\. Emergency/Semi emergency thoracic surgeries.
- •3\. Oesophageal surgeries.
- •4\. Diaphragmatic surgeries.
