Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult patients ( \>18 years)
- •2\.ASA 1 and 2 functional status
- •3\.Patients undergoing elective craniotomies for supra\-tentorial space occupying lesions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Refusal to give consent
- •2\.GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale) score \<13
- •3\.Uncontrolled diabetics
