1.Bilateral missing mandibular molars or second premolars
2.Same occlusal scheme on right and left side with either canine guided or group function.
3.Sufficient available bone in terms of quality and quantity.
4.Free from systemic diseases affecting gingival health and osseointegration
5.Positive informed consent.
1.General contraindication to implant surgery
2.History of smoking, drug, tobacco and alcohol abuse
3.Parafunctional habits.
4.Irradiated patient.
5.Pregnancy
6 >Presence of systemic or congenital diseases that affects bone metabolism or immune system
7.Implant insertion torque less than 35 Ncm
