Name Time Method The following will be assessed at the baseline and after 6 and 18 months follow up:<br>1. Prevalence of problem drinking in the preceding 30 days, assessed using the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT-C) <br>2. Point prevelance rate for smoking abstinence in the preceding 30 days, assessed using the criteria of the Society for Nicotine and Tobacco Research
