owadays, DOMs after exercise are rising in prevalence and affecting the recovery phase and return to competition of Athletes, especially in people with unusual gastrocnemius muscle workouts such as runners. HPLT is one of the tools used to relieve the symptoms of DOMs but data was limited.

Inclusion Criteria

1. Healthy Male volunteer
2. Age 18-25 years
3. Do not receive the resisted exercise of both legs 1 week before the program

Exclusion Criteria

1. Loss of sensation
2. Severe diseases such as uncontrollable hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cancer, and Heart disease.
3. Fever
4. Open wound
5. Recieve NSAIDs or pain drugs 48 hours before the test
