1. Anterior knee pain for at least 3 months, 2. 2 or more daily activities that induced knee pain: standing with bending the knee, ascending or descending the stairs, kneeling, jumping or sitting in a knee bending position for an amount of time or contracting quadriceps muscle, 3. Positive patella grind test, 4. 3 or more of Visual Analogue Scale
1. History of knee surgery, 2. Recent knee trauma or infection or any signs of knee OA, 3. Recently used corticosteroids and/or anti-inflammatory drugs, 4. Severe neurological or cardiovascular disorders, 5. Contraindication for laser therapy
