Heel pain for more than 2 weeks
Morning pain present for first few steps
Decrease in ankle dorsiflexion ROM
Unilateral plantar heel pain
Tenderness over plantar fascia
Positive windlass test
Calcaneal Stress fracture
All neurological conditions
Baxter Nerve Compression
Bilateral heel pain
Ankle or foot surgeries
Prior history of laser therapy
Any wound or infection in the Plantar area of the foot
Any metal implant on or around the plantar area of the foot
Cancer or malignancy
Calcaneal spur
Recieved corticosteroid injection within the last 6 weeks
Uncooperative patient
