Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Female patient who scheduled bilateral Total knee arthroplasty
  • 2\.Can walk over 10m without help
  • 3\.Vision and hearing are average
  • 4\.Consent to participate in preoperative rehabilitation program with her own will
  • 5\.No cognitive impairment and good communication
  • 6\.Smartphone environment

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. A history of knee surgery within 6 months.
  • 2\. inflammatory arthritis(Rheumatoid arthritis)
  • 3\. Neurological disorders (including Parkinson's, stroke)
  • 4\. Neurological damage to the lower extremities
  • 5\. Medical instability: uncontrolled hypertension and arrhythmia, unstable cardiovascular status
