Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Female patient who scheduled bilateral Total knee arthroplasty
- •2\.Can walk over 10m without help
- •3\.Vision and hearing are average
- •4\.Consent to participate in preoperative rehabilitation program with her own will
- •5\.No cognitive impairment and good communication
- •6\.Smartphone environment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. A history of knee surgery within 6 months.
- •2\. inflammatory arthritis(Rheumatoid arthritis)
- •3\. Neurological disorders (including Parkinson's, stroke)
- •4\. Neurological damage to the lower extremities
- •5\. Medical instability: uncontrolled hypertension and arrhythmia, unstable cardiovascular status
