Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Among the patients who visited our orthopedic outpatient clinic for unilateral shoulder pain, according to the classification of DeOrio and Cofield, a rotator cuff tear was diagnosed as a medium tear (1\-3 cm) or less, and among patients scheduled for surgery, those who agreed to this study
- •2\) Patients with 3 weeks or more left until surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with frozen shoulder, shoulder arthritis, or other shoulder joint disease such as shoulder instability
- •2\) Patients with a history of shoulder joint surgery
- •3\) Patients with bleeding tendency
- •4\) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
