Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Among the patients who visited our orthopedic outpatient clinic for unilateral shoulder pain, according to the classification of DeOrio and Cofield, a rotator cuff tear was diagnosed as a medium tear (1\-3 cm) or less, and among patients scheduled for surgery, those who agreed to this study
  • 2\) Patients with 3 weeks or more left until surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients with frozen shoulder, shoulder arthritis, or other shoulder joint disease such as shoulder instability
  • 2\) Patients with a history of shoulder joint surgery
  • 3\) Patients with bleeding tendency
  • 4\) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
