- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASAPS) I and II patients scheduled for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) under general anaesthesia with controlled ventilation.
排除标准
- •Known allergy to Dexmedotimidine and/or Clonidine.
- •Patients with hypertension, bilateral ethmoidal polyp, bilateral extensive sinusitis, significant neurological, psychiatric, liver and kidney disease.
