Inclusion Criteria
Cases of chronic kidney disease secondary to type II diabetis mellitus or hypertension.
Exclusion Criteria
BMI >35
Renal cortical thickness <1.5 cm.
CKD due to causes other than diabetis mellitus and hypertension.
Presence of kidney lesions - renal cysts/stones/mass/hydronephrosis.
