入选标准
- •Endurance athletes participating more than or equal to twice a week in aerobic activity for more than or equal to 80 minutes at moderate to high intensity.
- •At least 2 yearsââ?¬• experience of playing multidirectional sports involving endurance.
- •Absence of musculoskeletal injury in the lower limb within 6 months.
- •Males and females between 18-29 years.
排除标准
- •PAR-Questionnaire score > 1
- •Any kind of surgical intervention, anatomical deformities, pain syndromes, neurological symptoms or radiating pain in the lower extremity or the spine.
- •Any injuries or under the influence of any medication for known systemic disease (e.g., cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, muscular or coronary, etc.).
- •BMI >25 kg/m2
