Endurance athletes participating more than or equal to twice a week in aerobic activity for more than or equal to 80 minutes at moderate to high intensity.
At least 2 yearsââ?¬• experience of playing multidirectional sports involving endurance.
Absence of musculoskeletal injury in the lower limb within 6 months.
Males and females between 18-29 years.
PAR-Questionnaire score > 1
Any kind of surgical intervention, anatomical deformities, pain syndromes, neurological symptoms or radiating pain in the lower extremity or the spine.
Any injuries or under the influence of any medication for known systemic disease (e.g., cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, muscular or coronary, etc.).
BMI >25 kg/m2
