1. Severe phycological disorder 2. Infection of HIV, HTLV=1, HBV, HCV 3. Congenital immunodeficiency 4. Severe complications, such as hypertension, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, liver cirrhosis, diabetes mellitus, and respiratory failure.
