Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age between 18 \- 80 years
  • •Planned for non\-left main coronary intervention (PCI to LAD/LCX and their branches)
  • •Absence of significant Left main disease ( \<50% stenosis)
  • •Patient who can give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine \>1\.5mg/dl)
  • •Previous left main stenting
  • •Patients admitted with Myocardial infarction (STEMI/NSTEMI)/ Cardiogenic shock
  • •Previous CABG
