1. Age 14 or older
2. Ready for transfer from high to medium secure treatment unit
Exclusion Criteria
1. accute psychotic symptoms
2. severe autism spectrum disorder

Name Time Method 1. improvement in behavior problems, personality pathology (early maladaptive schemas, schema modes, schema coping), and quality of life during stay at medium secure unit.<br /><br>2. sustainment of improvement in these measures at 3- and 12-month follow-up.
