Inclusion Criteria
- •BMI between 28 and 35 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Excludes patients with addictive disorders, eating disorders, liver cirrhosis, renal insufficiency grade 4 or higher, severe obesity (BMI \> 35 kg/m2\), oncologic diseases, gastric/duodenal ulcers, or language impairment.
