Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Chronic plaque psoriasis candidate for systemic therapy
- •Body surface area \>10% or PASI \>10 or DLQI \>10
Exclusion Criteria
- •Contraindication to methotrexate or fasting
- •pregnancy, lactation
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Chronic infection like tuberculosis
