Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Cases of open angle glaucoma with asymmetric optic disc cupping( difference of more than or equal to 0\.2\) and or visual field defect (difference of more than or equal to 6 db mean deviation)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Retinal or neurological disease like diabetic retinopathy,vascular blocks,stroke,ischemic optic neuropathy ,optic neuritis,optic atrophy.
- •2\)Refractive error of more than 6 dioptre myopia and 4 dioptre hypermetropia
- •3\)Advanced cataract impairing disc visualisation
- •4\)Disc anomalies(pits ,colobomas)
- •5\)Previous history og glaucoma filtering surgery
