Cases of open angle glaucoma with asymmetric optic disc cupping( difference of more than or equal to 0.2) and or visual field defect (difference of more than or equal to 6 db mean deviation)
1)Retinal or neurological disease like diabetic retinopathy,vascular blocks,stroke,ischemic optic neuropathy ,optic neuritis,optic atrophy.
2)Refractive error of more than 6 dioptre myopia and 4 dioptre hypermetropia
3)Advanced cataract impairing disc visualisation
4)Disc anomalies(pits ,colobomas)
5)Previous history og glaucoma filtering surgery
